▪️Rules for Working with Rentals:

🆘If you have any issues with receipts, contact Support
❌You are not allowed to change any information or interfere with the owner’s personal page (messages, photos, contacts).

✅A replacement is possible if:
•The account does not meet the specified requirements.
•Verification has not been completed within 48 hours.
•It is not possible to add more than 2 Business Managers (provided the account has been cleared of Business Managers).
•The owner is unresponsive or refuses to cooperate.

⛔️A replacement will be denied if:
•The account is on hold, but you were looking for a clean PB.
•The account was flagged as ZRD/Policy/Risk after your actions.
•The advertising account was banned after you uploaded documents or a selfie.

🔄7-day extension = $8

•It is not possible to connect more than 2 Business Managers (provided the account has been cleared of Business Managers).
•The owner is unresponsive or refuses to cooperate.

⛔️Replacement is denied if:
•The account is on hold, but you were looking for a clean PB.
•The account was flagged as ZRD/Policy/Risk after your actions.
•After uploading documents/selfies, the advertising account was banned.

🔄7-day extension = $8

⏳ Extension period: 7 days

📌 Extension rules:

❗️Extensions must be processed strictly through the shop menu (not through Support).
🔔 Support will remind you about the extension via private message.
⚠️ Important: If you don’t renew on time or forget to do so, your rental will be automatically canceled.
