Check the Login First

Open the account within the first few minutes after purchase. Use an antidetect browser with a proxy that matches the account's region — this matters. Try logging in with the credentials provided. If you can't get in, the account is invalid and qualifies for replacement within 48 hours.

Watch for immediate red flags: captcha loops, suspicious activity warnings, or "we noticed unusual activity" messages. These aren't deal-breakers yet, but they signal the account needs careful handling.

Check Account Details

Once logged in, go to Settings > Personal Information. Verify the email and phone number match what came with the account. Check the account creation date — it should align with the product description. If you bought an auto-reg, it should show as recently created. If you bought aged stock, the creation date should reflect that.

Look at the account status. If there's a ban notice, security alert, or "account under review" message visible right away, flag it. The account might still work, but you're starting from a compromised position.

Test Access to Ads Manager

Navigate to facebook.com/ads/manager or try creating a new Business Manager. If you're buying FB autoregs, this is critical — you need to verify the account can actually run ads. If the Ads Manager won't load or shows "you don't have access," the account has restrictions that weren't disclosed.

If there's a verification requirement (a check), don't panic. Checks are normal and don't warrant replacement. You'll need to pass it yourself or use a workaround depending on your setup.

Verify 2FA and Email Access

If the account came with 2FA, test it. Log out, then log back in using the 2FA key provided. Make sure it works — if the key is dead or invalid, that's a legitimate issue for replacement.

Try accessing the email account that came with the bundle. Send yourself a test message or reset the password to confirm you actually control it. If the email is locked or inaccessible, you don't really own the account setup.

Check for Obvious Restrictions

Scroll through the account's activity and settings. Look for ad account restrictions, payment method issues, or policy violations flagged by the platform. Some restrictions are fine — PZRD accounts come with lifted restrictions, so that's expected. But new restrictions appearing right after purchase suggest the account had hidden problems.

If there's a payment method attached, check if it's valid. Expired cards or payment methods in a different country than expected can cause issues later.

Document Everything

Take screenshots of the login success, the account creation date, and any restrictions or checks you see. If something goes wrong in the next 48 hours, you'll need proof that the account was invalid from the start, not broken by your actions. This matters for replacement claims.

If everything checks out — you're in, 2FA works, email is accessible, no immediate bans — the account is valid and ready to work. If any step fails, contact support for replacement within the window.
