A Facebook account rental gives you temporary access to a real person's account: the owner keeps the profile, and you work only with the advertising side. If you're new to the model, start with how account rental works in general. Below are the rules for replacements, renewals, and day-to-day use.

When You Can Get a Replacement

You get a replacement if the account is invalid or fails a check within 48 hours of purchase. After that window, checks are your responsibility.

Invalid means you can't log in, or the account was already banned when you received it. A check is when Facebook asks you to confirm you own the account. Complete it in the app or browser; if it fails within the 48 hours, contact our support for a swap instead of trying to recover the account through Facebook Support. If you ignore the check, or it fails after the deadline, that's not a replacement case.

Once a check is passed, the account counts as working. Bans, blocks, and Policy or Risk restrictions that show up after you start working aren't covered. To request a replacement, message support with your order number and a screenshot of the error or the check.

When You Can Get a Replacement

Business Manager Replacement Window

A Business Manager has a shorter replacement window: 3 hours. If a BM in your order turns out to be non-working, check it right after delivery and contact support within that time.

How Renewal Works

FB account rental is paid by period: renew before the current period ends to keep access. The period length and renewal terms are listed in the product description, and they vary.

Renewal keeps you in the same account and keeps it from reverting to the original owner. Skip renewal, and access stops: the owner takes the account back. Renew in advance rather than on the last day, so there's no gap in your work.

How Renewal Works

What You Cannot Do

You cannot touch the owner's personal profile, access details, or payment data — your work stays in the ad account, Business Manager, and fan page. The account belongs to a real person: their private profile, friends list, messages, and personal settings are off-limits. The guide on why the owner's personal page is off-limits covers this in detail.

Changing the password, adding a recovery email, linking a new phone, turning on two-factor authentication, or altering any other security settings — all forbidden. The owner needs to keep control of their account; if you lock them out, the account becomes unusable for both of you.

Don't post or message from the personal profile. Ads run from a fan page; if the rental comes without one, buy a fan page separately or pick a rental with FP.

Don't use the owner's payment details, and don't tie your own email or phone to the profile. To pay for ads, link a working payment method to your own ad account. Never leave unpaid ad spend — the debt hits the owner's account.

What You Cannot Do

What Happens if You Break These Rules

You lose the account, with no replacement. Facebook flags suspicious changes to security settings and account access, and the owner sees them too — they can change the password and lock you out for good. A ban caused by your actions or by breaking Facebook's policies isn't a warranty case.

The Right Way to Use a Rental

Log in through an antidetect browser with proxies, and keep all your work in the Business Manager and ad account. This protects the account from blocks caused by location changes and leaves the personal profile untouched.

Warm the account up with several sessions of normal activity before your first launch, then scale budgets gradually — no sudden jumps in spend, no black-hat niches. Change budgets, audiences, and creatives in the ad account; never go into account settings or security options.

Before You Rent

Check the account age and the bundle in the product description before you rent. There are 2024–2025 rentals — younger and cheaper — and rentals from 2022 and older, which cost more but have better trust.

See whether a fan page and two-factor authentication are included and what state the ad account is in. If you can't commit to renewing on schedule, a rental isn't the right choice. Plan your first 48 hours so you catch any issues while the replacement window is still open.

FAQ

Can I get a replacement if a rented Facebook account gets banned?

No. Replacements cover only invalid accounts and failed checks within 48 hours of purchase. Bans and Policy or Risk restrictions after you start working aren't covered.

What happens if I don't renew a rental on time?

Access stops and the account goes back to the owner. The period length and renewal terms are in the product description.

Can I change the password on a rented Facebook account?

No. The password, email, and security settings stay with the owner. Changing them gets you locked out, and that isn't a replacement case.
