When You Can Get a Replacement
Rental replacement works on a clear timeline. If the account fails a check within 48 hours of purchase, you get a swap. That's it. After 48 hours pass, the check is on you—the account is yours to manage.
The 48-hour window covers account verification issues. Facebook sometimes asks renters to confirm they own the account. If that happens and the check fails, we replace it. But if you ignore the check, don't complete it, or it fails after the deadline, that's not a replacement case.
There's no replacement for bans, blocks, or ad account restrictions that show up after you start working. Those aren't defects—they're the result of how you used the account.

How Renewal Works
FB account rental renews weekly. You keep the same login and password as long as you want to stay in the account. Before the week ends, you renew. It's automatic if you have it set up, or you can renew manually through your dashboard.
Renewal keeps the account active and prevents it from reverting to the original owner. Skip renewal, and access stops. The owner takes the account back, and you lose it.
Plan your renewals ahead. Don't wait until the last day—renew a day or two early so there's no gap in your work.

What You Cannot Do
Do not touch the owner's personal profile. The account belongs to a real person. You get access to run ads and manage business pages, but their private account, friends list, messages, and personal settings are off-limits.
Changing the account password, adding recovery email, linking a new phone, or altering security settings—all forbidden. The owner needs to keep control of their own account. If you lock them out or change their details, the account becomes unusable for both of you.
Don't post from the personal profile, message from it, or interact with the owner's friends. Stick to business pages and ad accounts only.
Do not add your own payment methods or link your personal data to the account. The rental stays separate from your identity. If you tie your card or email to it, you risk losing access if Facebook reviews the account.

What Happens if You Break These Rules
Interfering with the owner's personal account can get the rental terminated immediately. Facebook detects suspicious changes to security settings and account access. The owner might notice their account is compromised and change the password themselves, locking you out permanently.
If you add your own payment method and the account gets reviewed, Facebook sees a mismatch. The account gets flagged as compromised or sold, and both you and the owner face restrictions.
Repeated violations or attempts to take over the account result in a permanent ban from using rentals with us.
The Right Way to Use a Rental
Create a business page on the account if you don't have one. Set up a Business Manager and ad accounts there. This is where your work happens—separate from the owner's personal space.
Use the account to run ads, manage pages, and track campaigns. Everything business-related lives in the BM and ad account. The personal profile stays untouched.
If you need to change something about how ads run—budget, audience, creative—do it in the ad account. Never go into account settings or security options.
Keep the rental active by renewing on schedule. Monitor your campaigns, track spend, and pull data from your ad account dashboard. That's the full scope of your access.
Before You Rent
Check the account details in the description. Age, warm-up status, and whether it has a business page already—these matter for your setup speed.
Make sure you understand the renewal process. Weekly renewal is the standard. If you can't commit to that rhythm, a rental isn't the right choice for you.
Read the replacement policy again: 48 hours for check failures, nothing else. Plan your first 48 hours carefully so you catch any issues early.
